Taking your
brand to
Europe.

We work with challenger & purpose driven brands to launch or accelerate them towards success in Europe.

We do the leg work, from pounding the pavements and meeting distributors, right through to getting products on shelves. We do it all. Leaving brand owners free to focus on their core business.
Why you would need us.
MARKET ENTRY
STRATEGY
ACCELERATE AND DE-RISK
THE EXPORT PROCESS.
You’re having success and need to expand from your domestic base to increase sales and margins.
We focus on getting your product into markets across Europe, testing and validating as we move ahead and removing the inevitable roadblocks, before delivering the numbers you need to make a solid business case.
This is what you need to get your product in the shops, on the shelves and in people’s hands.
STRATEGY
IMPLEMENTATION
START, OR GROW YOUR SALES
WITHIN A MARKET.
Whether you are starting up in a new market, need on the ground sales support or Amazon and FBA set up and management, our team has got you covered.
From creating sales-ready materials, formal product documentation, assembling a sales team or creating a D2C sales strategy, we have the capacity and skills to take over all the sales work, management and reporting.
MARKET
EXPANSION
IT’S OKAY TO NOT KNOW
WHAT YOU NEED.
Without creating a long roll call of business activities, it’s difficult to put into words everything that The Collective does.
But we will say this: every business is different and will enter the process at a different stage. And that’s okay. We can help, no matter what stage you’re up to. Talk to us. We’re just a phone call away.
